The Service offers a free tier with usage limits (50 prompts per month). Premium features may be available through paid subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice.

7. User-Generated Content

Prompts you create using the Service remain your property. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. We do not share your personal prompt data with third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickTok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
